About Dr. Pam

Dr. Pam graduated with honors from Memorial University of Newfoundland where she majored in Biology.  Her interest in human health, science background, and empathetic and compassionate nature led her to the chiropractic profession.  She graduated with honors from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2000.  Since then she has gained many years of experience in private, corporate, and multidisciplinary practices while helping thousands of patients optimize their spinal health.  She is dedicated to improving the quality of life of her patients through both relief and preventative care.  Those under Dr. Pam’s care enjoy freedom from pain and symptoms, increased flexibility, decreased stress and tension and an overall feeling of well being.

Pam is the sole owner of Dr. Pamela Fardy Chiropractic and the corporate chiropractor at American Express.  She believes that chiropractic care is most effective when addressing both muscular dysfunction and joint restriction.  Her unique treatment style combines state of the art soft tissue therapies with gentle adjustments to achieve optimal functioning in the spine and musculoskeletal system.  She is also certified in low force instrument adjustments (Activator), Acupuncture, Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, Webster Technique, Gait Analysis and Custom Orthotics.  Her treatment approach always reflects the individual needs of each patient.

She holds active memberships with the Canadian and Ontario Chiropractic Associations and is in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.

Dr. Pam has led numerous talks on chiropractic wellness, nutrition and ergonomics, in a variety of corporate and community settings.  She regularly attends continuing education seminars in order to expand her knowledge and stay current with the most modern research and techniques.

Dr. Pam is a big believer in practicing what she preaches and likes to stay healthy by running, practicing yoga and is an avid cyclist.  She embraces the healthy body-healthy mind approach and envisions her patients adopting the same philosophy so they can reach their true health potential.

She received the Patient’s Choice award from open care in 2016.
